PayPal Payments Not Received in Live Account

Hello PayPal Community,

I recently integrated PayPal into my WordPress website using a PayPal plugin, but I’m facing an issue where payments are not being received in my live PayPal account. I’ve tried a few troubleshooting steps, but haven’t been able to resolve it. Here’s what I’ve done so far:

Confirmed PayPal API Credentials: I double-checked that my API credentials (Client ID and Secret) are correctly entered in the plugin settings.

Verified Live Mode: The plugin is set to Live Mode, but transactions are still not appearing in my live PayPal account.

Checked PayPal Account Setup: My PayPal account is verified and active. No limitations or issues on the account itself.

Cleared Cache and Retested: I cleared my website's cache and tested again, but the issue persists.

SSL Certificate: My website is secured with HTTPS, so I believe the connection is secure.

You can reach out to the Support Team during business hours by clicking the contact us option at the bottom of PayPal page for any additional help. If your unable to login or are not in access of your PayPal account, you can connect with us via phone call as "as a Guest" (this does not require you to sign in to your PayPal account).
