I bought an item that was damaged in shipping and I am having trouble sent the attached photos

If You Opened A Case Via eBay Then Go To The Case On eBay & It You Should Be Able To Attatch Photos Through There. If This Case Was Opened Through PayPal Then Visit The Resolution Center & Add Documentations/Files For That Case Through The RC. If Case Was Opened Via eBay Keep In Mind PayPal Will Wait Until eBay Makes A Decision. You May Then Appeal It On eBay. If Its Still Not In Your Favor Then You May Escalate It To PayPal & Also Appeal As Well. Hope I Helped Clarify Your Issue. Thank You!
