What did Paypal do with my money?

I have no idea what pay pal did with my money, as they made 18 separate purchases fro crypto, one as low as £20 of which I was unaware. This is strange as I transferred money for crypto, in thousands, and purchased some as low as £500. I have phoned repeatedly since the purchase to try and find out what happened to my money, regarding my purchasing different cryptos. They have refused, obfuscated, or pretended to give me information that tells me nothing about what was purchased and at what price EACH TYPE OF CRYPTO was purchased and what specific crypto they chose on my behalf or what it cost me at a specific time of purchase. Pay Pal has it seems took my monies, of which I assumed I had purchased a specific type of crypto, and spent it how they liked, and maybe on what they liked,  at the price they liked, which has and had nothing to do with the transaction I assumed I had made.  Worse, several of my letters /emails sent to Pay Pal just disappear immediately they are sent, , when I check if they have been received. Some are deleted immediately on sending, others appear sent adn then no longer exist, I assume to save wasing valuable time and costs to pay pal.. Were I to practice on clients what Pay –pal is and has been doing to me, I would be criminalised, for theft and fraud – whereas pay pal appears to disregard all government regulations, the regulatory authority is suppose to oversee. All I have requested is SIMPLY THIS: I want to know the price I paid for crypto at the time it was purchased for each of the three specific crypto currencies I bought. What was the price at the time I purchased Bit coin, and how much of my money did pay pal assign to that specific purchase? Also with the other crypt currencies, the price at the time of the transaction pay pal paid. I know what pay pal paid for crypto but not whaqt they purchased and what the price was for the specific crypto at the time  Maybe pay -pal is confused by this request or wish to have even more clarification . Can anyone help me?  So I take this to the governemtn regulatory system>  What should I do?
