Seller says they want to make the deal through eBay's Buyer's Protection Program and if I am interested in purchasing the item to reply with my full name, full address and phone number then they would notify eBay and they would contact me in the next 24 hours to explain the entire process. Seems phishy to me but wanted to get the opinion of others in the community

Then buy the item via ebay and pay via ebay checkout, no need to send them all that information as it would be on the email they got when you paid.

Sounds to me as if they have or are using a hacked ebay account and are encouraging you to do an off ebay transaction and then scam you.
