How to Downgrade Business Account to Personal Account.

Dear Team,

I would like to downgrade my Business account to Personal account. I do not get any option to email PayPal about this. I am having difficulties in withdrawing the PayPal cash as it prompts for trade license and other details. Since I do not have business hence I do not have such details.

Hence I want to downgrade my current business account to a personal account. Any support is highly appreciated.

You would need to contact customer services (normally by phone) and they downgrade it for you, there is no automatic option you can do yourself.
