So,
I was hosting at this company and I wasn't pleased with their communication skills which was very slow and i requested to cancel and have my money returned to me I made a bad review due to this reason because they were so slow at replying, it was like at a snarls pace. I have taken a screenshot for legal purposes which I will be taken here soonish, but I want your thoughts on this matter.
The Letter was written to me on my ticket which stated.

Ok, its your decision and we are glad to hear that you found better than us. I am going to forward your ticket at refund section but before that you need to modify your bad review as its not allowed if you want to get refund. So kindly modify and revert.
