So,   I was hosting at this company and I wasn't pleased with their communication skills which was very slow and i requested to cancel and have my money returned to me I made a bad review due to this reason because they were so slow at replying, it was like at a snarls pace.  I have taken a screenshot for legal purposes which I will be taken here soonish, but I want your thoughts on this matter.   The Letter was written to me on my ticket which stated.   Hello, Ok, its your decision and we are glad to hear that you found better than us. I am going to forward your ticket at refund section but before that you need to modify your bad review as its not allowed if you want to get refund. I just want everyone to know how greatful I am to get a problem solved over the phone. As my acct was hacked, I got that taken care of and again thanks to the wonderfu agent on the other end for helping me out. How do I cancel a subscription? Cancelling a subscription cancels all future scheduled payments of that subscription. A subscription can be cancelled up until the day before the next scheduled payment in order for you not to be charged. Click the Profile icon next to "Log Out" and select Profile and settings. Have you contacted the person to whom was suppose to send it? Maybe they forgot? It happens. I know I have the case of CRS from time to time.  If they have sent it already I'd suggest contacting PayPal through phone you'll get a much faster response. ... View more

Ok, sounds like you are a new arrival to PayPal.   I will explain some information for you as to why you might not be receiving the money right off.   1. Did you send it through the bank to PayPal and Visa Vesa, back to the bank from PayPal? If so, that will take no more to three to five business days.  2. The best option for this is to have direct deposit, on both ends, then you both can receive the money as you sent it that moment.   I hope this helps if I am wrong about this, I apologize.
