hello, I recently placed a $1,500.00 deposit on a product and paid through PayPal and the seller was not able to provide the product. The seller cancelled the contract but now refuses to refund the $1,500.00. I opened a claim on PayPal and the claim was denied for some unknown reason. I do have a copy of the contract stating the contract is canceled and a refund will be delivered from the seller directly. PayPal is very difficult to communicate too and is not offering any help on this matter. Please if anyone can share any knowledge...

I have been scam 3 times since this covid shutdown over TVs and a bicycle one had nerve to send a refrigerator magnet number 7
