Hi, I logged a none receipt of item with the dispute centre a couple of months ago and each time I check where the progress is up to the date has been moved back on the resolving date. Anyone had any success with a non delivered item dispute. The process isn’t very clear and I’m in limbo over a present I ordered which the courier states they successfully delivered, even though I was home all day on the date in question, was working on my driveway all day and definitely had no deliveries that day.
