Hi rustynail1984, welcome to the forums!

I saw your post in the other thread, so I know you opened a fresh window to check your account. That was exactly the right thing to do. PayPal will never have you download a form. You were absolutely right to be suspicious. You can forward that email to spoof@paypal.com and delete it from your inbox. If you ran any programs from the email, you'll want to run a virus scan.
