This may very well  be a legitimate email if you have the PayPal Manager product.

Phishing emails don't generally tell you to go directly to the website and check your settings there.  We do that, well, because it prevents you from getting hit with a phishing or spoof email.

I would go directly to PayPal.com and log in there.  Check your settings and proceed as needed.

You can also forward the email to spoof@paypal.com to report it to our fraud teams and see if it is a fake email, but I honestly don't  think it is with what we see here.

Thanks!

Adrian
