Outlook Issue

I received an email and when I try to open the email is locks up my outlook and then opens a window with the following "\\102.112.207.net\6\ss\PAYPALGLOBAL\1\G.4-NS". this will keep happening until I am able to click off the email.

Any ideas as to what is going on.

This is not just happening to me but also to my boss and other paypal users.  I saw someone posting a similar complaint yesterday, and I replied to it, but today I cannot find the message again.  This needs to be fixed promptly.  It is extremely annoying to not being able to access the confirmation emails and on top of that having to restart Outlook.

Thank you for taking care of this!

Incidentally... outlook is only crashing when clicking on any of the paypal confirmation messages.  All other messages are fine.  Please fix this!

Just got off the phone with PayPal.  Finding a phone number to call in itself if a tour de force but here is the link:

https://www.paypal.com/us/cgi-bin/helpscr?cmd=_help&t=escalateTab

Don't waste your time trying email.  There is no SEND button there to send the email.

They told me that each member needs to call them individually if they encounter this problem.  They say they are aware of it and are working on it.

Good luck!

This problem is driving me crazy! I get up to 20 payments a daty
with PayPal. It is costing me HOURS each day.

PayPal emails are VERY slow downloads.  They are taking 2 to 5 minutes to download. I
get this message whenever I try to open a PayPal Paymment email Contacting:
\\102.112.207.net\b\es\paypalgobal\1\G.4-NS
. I am using MS Outlook 2010. I have had this problem for 3 days now.
Never had it before. ONLY PayPal messages are giving me this problem.

PayPal needs to fix this NOW!

How can they say there is no problems when numerous other people have reported the exact same problem?

I called them about it this morning and they admitted that there was a problem with the confirmation emails and Outlook so is this a case of the right hand not knowing what the left hand is doing?  Poor service!

I have been without paypal for 3 days now!

Same issue, there are other posts in other areas on this forum. You can fix it by changing some files on your system. I Paypal needs to fix on there end. Man Mad

I talked to PayPal. They know it is a problem on their side. They said they are actively trying to fix it. Still iot HAS been three days, now. So their fix it not quick. I am VERY disappointed with theire response on this matter.

I found that if you click the meail and just let it sit, it downlaods in 2 to 5 mintes.

They told me it will be fixed within 72 hours.  That was about 8 hours ago!
