Outlook Issue

I received an email and when I try to open the email is locks up my outlook and then opens a window with the following "\\102.112.207.net\6\ss\PAYPALGLOBAL\1\G.4-NS". this will keep happening until I am able to click off the email.

Any ideas as to what is going on.

Paypal's Paymen tRecieved emails causing my Outlook 2003 (not responding)

Ever since yesterdsay any time i try to reply to an instand payment email, My outlook will hang and freeze up for a good minute. Has anyone else seen this?

This is happening to me and I thought it was my host.  But I just saw a box come up saying it was trying to connect to paypal.  This just started for me too.  Every time I click on an email (if it is from paypal) it hangs for at least 1 to 2 minutes.  I have no idea how to fix this.  I have been uninstalling and reinstalling things all day.  Btw, I am using MS Outlook 2010.

eta- I just called and there is a known issue and they are working on it.

I found a work around for the time being. When replying have it as an attachment instead of the body of the email.. Hope some one can fix this thou!

This has been going on for 2 days now!  FIX IT AT ONCE OR WE GO BACK TO GOOGLE CHECKOUT!  I don't have time to waste 5 minutes per email just to get them to load.

This now going on to day 2. The problem is still not fixed, PayPal how much longer is it going to take to fix this problem?

We can't sit infront of a computer waiting for it to time out just to see the email, then wait again just to print the order.

Thanks for the fix - all my machines are now opening instant payments easily.  I'm a little surprised it didn't come from PayPal . . .

This is getting old, since each payment email that comes through locks up Outlook for 2+ minutes while it tries to figure something out.

I am having the same problem. Outlook hangs when I try to open emails from service at paypal.co.uk

In my case it takes several minutes before the email opens!!

PayPal get it sorted.

In common with others - I am glad I found this. I receive several of these emails each day and Outlook freezes as soon as I click on them (as I have a reading pane active). The older notifications can be viewed without any problem, but the new ones cause a crash each time. This must be sorted out immediately.

Does anyone have any idea what script might be causing this problem?

Same thing happened to me.  Outlook 2007 was locking up ONLY on PayPal emails.  Thought it was my system.  I bought Officce 2010 because I thought it was my system.

PayPal, you can send me a refund for Office 2010 Professional Plus !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
