is still taking money via Paypal and Paypal is still collecting transaction fees.

Delta Magazines fails to process magazine subscriptions, and does not answer their telephone numbers or email and Paypal conveniently does not CALL THEM TO CONFIRM this, while complaints continue to pile up.

Disputes are closed by Paypal, because Delta Magazines requires one to wait 12 weeks for the subsciption to start, after Paypal's 45 day dispute period.

Oh, c'mon - paypal does hundreds of thousands of transactions a day - they couldn't possibly call and confirm every one.

If you used a credit card to pay for the item, file a chargeback by calling the customer service number on the back of the card.

Do you get paid per post, or just straight salary?

Paypal certainly can pepper their boards with more effective lurkers who could make stronger, less idiotic contrarian arguments.  If not, get a life.

I did not suggest that PP follow up on "hundreds of thousands" of transactions each day.

I want them to follow up on my complaint and others here who have called to their attention that Delta Magazine is out of business, not responding to customers by telephone or email, and that Paypal is still sending them our money while profiting from the scam.

Oh, so you want them to go back in time, anticipate that this person would scam you and prevent it?

We've heard about Delta Magazines in the past WEEK.

You ordered 3 MONTHS ago.

Get real.

You are a fool.

I did not say I want them to go back in time.  I want them to resolve my dispute.

Who is "we"?

Google "delta magazine scam".  You will see posts going back a year complaining about Delta magazine and Paypal's complicity.

Here is just one of hundreds

For years I ordered all of my magazines from Delta and received excellent service.  Now, however, their service is AWFUL!  They don't get your subscriptions to you in a timely manner and you cannot reach them by phone to get redress for your concerns/complaints.  The whole operation has gone down the tubes.  I read somewhere that Delta is no longer in business.  Is that correct?  If so, I'm not surprised.  Sorry to see such an excellent company go down.
