So I withdrew $45 from paypal directly to my Bank of America checking account and I was charged two fees. One of them is $9.71 and the other is $3.24. I thought there were no withdrawal fees? I would have never withdrew if I knew that would happen. Has this happened to anyone else? Both of them are Automated Clearing House fees or something.. I am new with ebay and paypal, and pretty ticked off. Can anyone help me?
You're right - these aren't our fees. US withdrawals are free. These would have been fees assessed by your bank. You'll want to check with them about it. It could have something to do with the type of bank account you have, as some types have distinct ACH restrictions for in- and out-going transfers.

I called paypal and found out. it was paypal but for a refund I issued. of course paypal takes it out of my bank account to charge me instead of my paypal. haha whatever,
