Why is it that everytime I try to contact PayPal, and leave a reason for "my contacting them" the page doesn't work?

I get the feeling that NO ONE sees this stuff. They don't care about our problems Where else can we go? What are the chances of me talking to a person? to turn off the ups charges ? ZERO is my guess

Yes, using the above link does work.
I had to call on the telephone and I was helped by a human being.
FYI: Once you use the link to request help -- there is an one hour expiration time limit to use the code.

The link worked for me like a charm. I'd been searching for a way to speak with a human for a couple of hours. It's a shame that they make it so hard for the folks who, basically pay their salaries, to contact them. Crazy and sad.
Thanks for posting the link!

jytulsa - Try clearing your browser's cookies and cache. If you're going to the PayPal site from a bookmark, don't use that bookmark anymore. Instead, open a browser window and type in http://www.paypal.com and log in from there. If none of that works, try a different browser.
juanfl9 - It sounds like you may have used a bank to make your payment, and the refund occurred before the funds finished transferring from the bank. You can read more about it in this post.

As you can see above there is no phone # which I try to inserted. When I posted my reply the Paypal system changed phone number to text. I will try again: Login, Click "Contact Us", Click "Customer Service Center" I am using this strange format so maybe the filter will not recognize this phonenumber....

Hi yaromik,
I can see you're having a frustrating time here. I'd be happy to shed some light on why the filter is preventing the posting of the Customer Solutions number.
It's important that a customer use the Contact Us link, so the system can determine the best number for that particular caller. By directing a customer to the Contact Us link, we can ensure that they are getting the correct number for their purpose at the time that they're using it.
Thank you for looking out for others and wanting them to have the accurate information!
Olivia
