Hi,
My name is Gabriela, I’ve purchased a ebay item form the US to Chile (South America).
Now that I´ve received my item, my bank is charging me with two items I don’t know what they are:
PAYPAL CARECONCEPT
PAYPAL BESTHARVEST
Both of them are on "LU" currency and transformed by my bank to USD.
What does LU stand for?, why am I charged with careconcept and bestharvest? The item I purchased cost a lot less than those two charges.
Thanks
GabrielaG

Welcome to the boards!
The LU in this case is not a currency - it stands for Luxembourg, which is where one of our licenses is located.
The conversion in this case would have been the conversion from your local currency to US Dollars.
The second portion - "carceconcept," etc, are merchant identifiers and are related to any purchases that may have been made either with your banking information or your card information.
If you don't recognize one of the charges, start by asking others in your household if they may have made any other recent purchases that might match that amount. In most instances, you'll find someone else has.
Thanks!
Adrian
