No fees if funded by Bank Account vs Credit Card?

Back in the day, if you had a Personal PP account that wasn't upgraded to accept credit card payments, there were no fees for me to accept a payment from someone if it was funded through that peron's bank account.

Is that still the case or do all transactions get fees these days regardless of how it was funded?

Welcome to the boards!

Thanks for your continued patronage - that was definitely a very, very long time ago.  Now, the fee structure is the same for all accounts for purchase payments, regardless of account type.  We also don't have the "5 credit card transactions/year" limitation any more either, if you recall that one.  You can accept any kind of payment you want, as much as you want, and the fees are the same for each of them.  For more information, see our FAQ at the top of this board or www.paypal.com/fees.

Thanks!
