Cancellation of payment

I have a comfirmed payment that need to be cancelled.

i found a way to cancel it, however i have a question

i was charged 4% fee for transfering it, will the fee be also refunded with the money after i cancel the payment ?

Welcome to the boards!

Why were you charged a fee?  If this was a currency conversion, and the seller refunds you or the payment is cancelled, you will generally be credited back the same amount you paid in the original currency. 

If this is a fee for a personal payment funded by a credit card, the fee will be waived and the funds sent back to the card.
