Best overall solution for periodic international payments

What is the least expensive method for a periodic B2B payment from the US to Bangkok considering both the sender and receiver. Payment could be made from Bank Account, PayPal account or credit card. Amount would be $500 - $1,000 and frequency would be once or twice monthly.

In this scenario, there really are only two types of possible payments - Personal or Purchase.  From there, it's clear this is not a Personal payment (a payment between friends and family), and sending another business a Personal payment could jeapordize both of your accounts' abilities to continue to use our service.  Therefore, you would want to select the Purchase option and the standard Purchase fee rate would apply for the recipient of the payment.
