why has paypal gone to my secondary old account and cost me fees

why has paypal gone to my secondary old bank account twice costing me 60 quid in fees when the payment has already left my primary account for 51 quid, not happy want my bank charges back, and no excusses must have used this account befor been using my proimary account without issues for over two years.

Before you click to pay for any item via paypal it shows you where the payment will be deducted from so if its showing the wrong bank account click on change and change it to the other.
