where is my money?

Ive had two seperate people buy off me and pay by paypal but the money is not in my account, any ideas?

Hey there,

The first thing that comes to mind is the email address that the funds were sent to.

The email address on your listings needs to be the same as the confirmed email address on your PayPal account.

Here's how to find the email address that was used in your eBay listing:

1. Find the item you sold and click 'Sell a similar item' under 'More Actions'.
2. Go to the section 'Decide how you'd like to be paid', which displays the email address where the payment was sent.

Have a look and make sure it’s exactly the same!
