I opened claim
about I paid but haven't received item. Paypal made decision and closed the case but I very unhappy with it. I am buyer, I paid money but I haven't received item. Seller show tracking number but it didn't show i received and show my address.Also, I received letter from delivery company about problem I haven't received item,they said seller need to claim with delivery,that problem with seller and delivery company. I don't know what I need to do now
please help
