hy...Im new here..1st time when using Pay Pal..Have a problem though...Recently just order an jnlock code for my samsung...At 1st the website specific sayd...12-72 hrs...Once i payd sayd 5-7 working days..Can't wait that long...Plus for that time frame i could have goten it alot chipper...Is anithing that i can do??!!Plss would like 2 cancel it as i fell i been miss leaded nd liyed to...Thank you.

You can't cancel a completed payment.
You can file for non receipt of item but that process takes about a fortnight.
Advice is voluntary.
