Mass Charge backs opened and cannot close! HELP!!!!

I got recent emails saying chargebacks have opened .etc so i changed password and tried closing the disputes but it says

"Your complaint has been cancelled and the seller has been notified. Thank you for using PayPal."

but they still there in resolution Centre please cancel all these please.
