had a refund paid into my PayPal account onthe 30th April as of todat the 7th of May the refund has not been made .. why?

However how did you fund the paypal payment that was refunded? Bank transfer or a debit / credit card? Also is it showing in your paypal transaction history.

Sorry thank you for your reply ... it was made by PayPal and the seller refunded the monies back to my PayPal account.

Yes i know it was made by paypal but i asked you how you FUNDED that paypal payment so i can advise you.
Did you FUND the payment to the seller via bank transfer with paypal OR a debit / credit card with paypal.

Have you bought anything and paid for it via paypal since the refund should have gone in??
The reason i ask is that if you have funds in your paypal balance and then buy something then paypal will always take from those funds (as that is now the default funding source), rather than from your normal funding source eg bank account or card.
To check go and click on the word "details" next to any recent paypal buying transaction and see if they were funded from your paypal balance ie refund rather than your normal funding source.

O thanks will check that out but today my PayPal account stood at 0.00 and yest I hve boughts since but each time I do I make sure the purchase amount is trans ferd from my current accunt to the one I use for PayPal. Will get back to you later if I have any more info thanks for your time and trouble.
