i have had my paypal account made £931.00 lighter which has resulted in me been overdrawn in my bank account you have refunded the cash into my account but in your wisdom have decided to block my account so i cannot refund cash to my bank
i have already incurred daily charge of £1 per day which is at £10 at the moment
