A BUYER PURCHASED MY ITEM ON EBAY, PAID WITH A PAYPAL ACCOUNT REGISTERED TO THE SAME NAME, AFTER 4 DAYS THIS BUYER OPEN A CLAIM OF NOT AUTHORISING THE PAYMENT, PAYPAL IS NOW WITHHOLDING THE PAYMENT.
THE BUYER TOLD ME HE NEVER MADE A CLAIM BUT HIS WIFE DID AS THE PAYMENT CAME OUT OF HIS WIFE'S ACCOUNT, WHAT CAN I DO?
If the account holder did not authorise the payment eg hijacked ebay or paypal account then of course they deserve a refund.
HOWEVER you don't lose out either as long as you meet the requirements of seller protection eg sent trackable to the paypal registered addy of the account holder etc.
