Basically, I sold something a while back and my friend knew my paypal pass + name so I closed my account... A month later the person I sold an item to decides to charge me back but my paypal account is already closed is there anyway to get rid of the minus fee???????
Yes phone customer services and they should be able to take payment over the phone by card.
Contact us bottom of paypal pages > use the call us option on the left (fees apply so check the cost with your phone tariff first, as you sometimes have to wait a while to connect).
When you get through don't select any options just hang on till you get transfered to an agent.
