Why does my balance read 0.00 GBP?

I received two payments on the 9th and 10th of March after selling items on Ebay. 

I did not withdraw the monies to my bank account. 

They are stated in Payments Received but my balance is still 0.00GBP. 

What is going on here?

The obvious answer is this:

Have you bought anything SINCE the payments were in your paypal balance and used paypal to pay for them?

If so paypal will always take funds from your paypal balance first and if not enough in there the rest or future payments from your bank account.

Check any transactions you have recently made as a buyer and see where the money came from, odds are it was from your paypal balance.

Haven't made any payments at all.. So not sure what is up there!

I believe my balance should read approx£40 credit but it doesn't state this

i am having the same problem .. a few days ago 5 items sold did not get added to my pay pal balance although they show as sold !! today i sold an item that also did not get added to my balance .. awaiting a reply from pay pal .. something odd going on here .. watch you pay pal balance everyone 😞
