OK then paypal normally give the seller 10 days to proivide a tracking number that proves delivery of the item to you and if they don't by the 10 day deadline (more if its international), then paypal will then review the dispute and make a decision / refund within 48 hours of the deadline being met.

As you have provided no info on type of dispute or what stage it is at, no idea.

Did not receive goods, seller is making excuses, saying they will send item. Then they say they will refund. Now they won't answer my messages, so I suppose I just have to sit and wait for the case yo be closed

I understand what you are saying, but it's so unfair that the seller can choose to ignore the claim or messages and the buyer must just sit and wait so long to get their own money back

True its a bit of a pain, but it could be that the dispute encourages the seller to send the item and so they have to allow enough time for the item to get to you.

At least you should get your money back Smiley Happy
