When does the time given to the seller end?

Hi, so the seller was given another 3 days to supply tracking number. This was on 10 may 12.59 when he was given these extra 3 days, do these mean 72h hours, therefore it will end in around an hour and a half from now? Or he will be given till the end of today therefore being given more than 72 hours in total?

Have you opened a dispute and escalated it to a claim?
If so then normally paypal give the seller 10 days to provide a valid tracking number and if not then you are refunded within 48 hours of that 10 day deadline being reached.
That is the norm but paypal can extend it and it can be up to 30 days for international sales.

It is a little bit complicated, because paypal gave the seller those 10 days and on the 8th he rpelied saying that he dleivered it in person which is not true. then I called them and they told me they will give him anothe 3 days to send tracking details. Now these 3 days were issued on the 10th of May at 12.59. So does his time end today on the 13th of may at 12.59 ? or today 13 th may at 23:59 ? @kernowlass
