Urgent help neede please-paypal does not accept the authentication document?

Hello all,

I am really lost here. I have opened a case about a fake bag I bought and escalated it to a claim. Paypal asked me for an official authentication document to prove the bag is fake. I paid Authenticate4U and they indeed sent me a 9 pages PDF extract saying the bag is fake, analising the reasons. There is the authenticator signature, the service name, telephones, etc. I sent it to them and now they are saying this

We received your fax. However, the document provided does not meet our
requirements.

The signature appears to be on a different piece of paper than the document
itself.  We require the signature to be on the document.  

This is a 9 pages PDF file. I really can't understand what's wrong! Can you help me?

I am from Greece and until now they gave me a UK fax number. Can you please tell me a phone I can call?
