Seller has not responded, what now?

So i never got my purchase so filed a dispute, i waited the required amount of time and the escalated the situtation.
It has now been 11days since the escalation and as you probably know, it says paypal waits 10 days for a response to the dispute from the seller.
The seller has not responed and nothing has changed, can anyone give me an idea asto what will happen?
Do i need to do anything?
I don't want to lose my money.

You are right in that the seller only has 10 days to respond.
BUT once that deadline has been reached paypal will review / refund within 48 hours later.
Advice is voluntary.

So in the next day or so the case should get closed and i should get my money/ find out whats happened?
