I ordered a tshirt and didn't receive it the seller won't reply and Ive had a case open for about a week how long does it take to receive my refund

Have you escalated the dispute to a claim for paypal to review??

Well yes disputes are in the resolution centre, what i am asking is have you escalated it to a claim in the resolution centre.
