Hi there. I've just sold an item on Grailed (platform connected with PayPal) and have instantly shipped it to my buyer, I provided tracking info everywhere. When the package was in the process of shipping, idk how but all funds were refunded during this process, so I'm powerless in this situation. Can you help me please? Now i dont have both money and the item.
