Hi looking for advice. I paid postage costs for an item won on a Facebook page competition. The item has never been received and has now been returned to the sender (delivery was apparently refused, but I know for certain it wasn't from my address). Would I be able to claim back my postage costs on this or is it just not worth bothering with? Just a bit miffed with it. Thanks.

Hi SherylF,
Thank you for contacting the PayPal Community Forum and welcome as a new member!
Yes you can still open a claim for the postage fees, you can select the Not-Received box and state the facts of the Facebook item.
