I have a pay me t on my account that was pending autherisation from a company. How ever the company didn't take payment as it was a mis priced item...I have been in talks with the company who says everything is released at there end I have to speak to PayPal about it but I don't see any way to contact them other than phoning with I can't easily do having kids running around can anyone help.
When you pay a company (rather than an ebay seller or individual), then it is often pending until that company processes your order and captures the pending payment.
If they don't process that order and capture the pending payment then the pending status times out at 30 days post-payment.
