Obviously a scam!!!!!!!!

This morning just after I finished posting my dispute to get refund from the website named goldwto.com om paypal, they instantly sent me an email to annouce that my goods is ready and enter the live chat below to get their goods. I logged on the live chat, they said they can't deliver the goods for me when my dispute is still pending, so they asked me to close the dispute and then they will deliver the goods at once. And then, when I closed it, and they flee away. I spammed chat but nothing was replied, just after they said they got an email from paypal that my dispute has been closed.

Now i dont know how im gonna deal with this issue, since my dispute has been closed recently and I'm not able to open it again. I just wanna get my money back, and they are seriously the most rogue website that I've ever paid on the internet.

Paypal and Ebay are well matched; both **bleep**. I cancelled a purchase within an hour, rang the supplier, a company who said that they hadn't received the order and would cancel it.

Paypal and Ebay took the money anyway and, 3 weeks down the road are ignoring emails. calling is an exercise in theft; they give nonsensical options to rack up the call charges.

Solution: Amazon.

Hi Michael, You are obviously learning the hard way that Ebay and PayPal are happy hunting grounds for the criminals of this world and you will get absolutely nowhere looking for help from Ebay or PayPal to resolve the theft of your hard-earned money. My advice is to get out and sever any contact with them both asap.

im having a similar problem with paypal too, i purchased an item via ebay, they wernt the problem i got my item fine. it was 2 days later i got an email from paypal saying the funds couldnt be transfared from bank to paypal, i get a letter posted to me from my bank saying money couldnt be sent to paypal.

 Yet my bank HAS had money taken out leaving me the EXACT ammount paypal wanted, and my paypal acocunt is STILL in the negative ballane of that ammount

theres one thing for sure paypal is not scamming me, ill be closing paypal and my bank account down tommorow if this crap aint fixed

then you guys decide.. I was force to cancel my dispute, I noticed he got the same style of scamming put you in situation were you can't think well  til its over. You cann't create another dispute! when you close it thats it.

They are trying to scam me the same exact way right now. Asking me to close the dispute before the supplier pays me. I hadn't gotten any real news from them until the very hour I opened a dispute. Thank you so much for your post, you just spared me alot of trouble.

I too have been scammed. Unfortunately I canceled the dispute so I could "receive" my gold as I was told by the scammer...

I just also had to open up a claim against them, it is pretty much the same what everyone else posted. 😕

Do not close the dispute link this page... just claimed it and link this page... make sure you do.. once you close the dispute by promises you will no longer able to re-open it back or create another 1.  This guy is a PRO.. He know that paypal don't care and doing nothing about it.

i have too just bee scammed the exact same way by them and need help, they said if i closed the dispute they would give me the goods and now wont even say hello in chat.
