I would appreciate if paypal would review on their policy regarding with disputes the system aint working well to safeguard buyers protection.
Now I have reservation of fully trusting paypal to better protect me. I'm very disappointed that despite alot of complain even posted on this forum itself here:
obviously there wasn't any investigation going on.. the posted date was "May 6 2013" until now that website has been scamming I was victimized just 2 days ago by the same scammer.
Yes I was so dumb, I file a dispute but I was convinced to cancel it after a short shock with promises of delivery soon as I cancel my dispute. He was like supplier is waiting you dont need to think deep just cancel it and I will promise you to deliver what you purchase immediately! he even told me that supplier was waiting online!
And this site has a lot of complain already, just check how much money he already been pumping using scamming in paypal?

(It won't take 2 minutes just to find out about the website for paypal!)
I am very positive according to most story that all user have file dispute most of us have cancel the dispute after few tricks by this seller.
Does even Paypal filter how many disputes this seller has in short time? or they simply don't care as long as they process the payment.
From being safe feeling using paypal to having doubt! I am heavy user on paypal, I pay most of the time using this method but now after experiencing it I feel untrusting and doubt... they should have done more make it clear also to buyer filing dispute that "When you cancel dispute its over, Don't complain on us again since you can't do anything"
100 bucks might be just small figures but frustration as buyer won't go away after experiencing this tricks and found out that there was a similar issue already with this website but PAYPAL just CHOOSE TO IGNORE IT!!!!!
