So I made a purchase on ebay and the purchase automatically got refunded by the seller. The thing is that my bank has retained my funds because they now need proof from paypal that the refund was actually completed via a written and sealed note confirming this. Does anybody know how I could get this? Has anyone ever had this problem before? How would you prove it to the bank? I called paypal and they told me that they couldn't get that for me. I want to cry because I might lose $700 and it took me months to be able to save that money and it's such a shame that I would go about losing it this way. I really need help, I know it's not paypal's fault, I am so frustrated as my bank told me that paypal were the only ones who could help me 😞 I feel like this is so unfair and feel deep down a crack in the system. Help.
