I ordered a wooden frame for holding cotton bobbins from a chinese company. It arrived quite badly damaged as the packaging was appallingly inadequate, (considering it was coming halfway around the world.) I can still use this item so I don't require a repalcement or refund. My issue is, when I went onto Ebay to register my complaint, there is no topic heading that covers this eventuality. Surley this must be a fairly regular problem for customers on ebay, so why don't they include this option on their site/FAQ's...??
