My First claim against me.

So there was an issue with a purchase that happened and as a result the buyer now has claimed money back, my paypal was in negative balance as to what i owed them so ive credited it back to my account and now i dont know what to do as the claim is still there but im not sure on what to check when i go to resolve the claim, any help would be great!
