Possible breakthrough after being forced to refund ezcommerce3 it was still affecting my buyer status so i called ebay and had the best representive he actualy read my note googled ezcommerce3 and agrreed to open an investigation againt him and appeal my case im keeping my fingers crossed.
This person/ company also did this to me and it effected my rating for 6 months. They would not let me list. Now I am back to 100% positive, but I do not think it was fair.
If you talk to that guy give him my name and tell him that Ebay did the same thing to me and other members and it was not right. Ebay would not listen to me at the time.
