13/06/2013 16:47 BST - Buyer: I was on the website Powerbot.org which provides botting for a game called runescape.I brought VIP status from their website So I could have premium permissions. This VIP should have lasted 30 days. My VIP lasted only 5 days which Means I should receive a full refund Since they did not give me what they promised in the Agreement.
12/06/2013 15:57 BST - Buyer: Hello There Powerbot Staff , As you Have restricted my account permanently I wish To have my Money back since The full 30 days had to be cut short due to you Banning my account For No clear Reason and I did make an appeal on the website and the staff denied it with no reason and I posted all proof of why I should be unbanned.My Account Username was 3lv3nz on the forums And I paid $7.99 For VIP status Which I want to be paid back please.Thank you.

15/06/2013 08:50 BST - Buyer: Hello Paypal , I have made a deal with this person to receive virtual goods on a game but after I sent him the money he blocked me from skype and did not give me what I paid for. Therefore he scammed me.Best regards

There is no buyer protection for virtual / digital items on paypal.

Advice is voluntary.
