Hi, I ordered an item through light in the box and paid in full through PayPal. I've now reviewed a text from DHL to say my shipment will only be delivered by paying another £18.13 through their epayments? Is this a scam or do I really have to pay it? I can't seem to get into light in the box, it says I have no account set up? Please can you advise what to do.
Unfortunately you need to contact the seller as the purchase sounds a bit odd. There's not much that can be done thru the community forum. Are there any shipping policies on the Seller's web site?
