How do I appeal an unauthorised transaction?

The resolution centre is not letting me appeal 5 claims. of unauthorised transactions, why is that?

An unauthorised transaction means the account holders paypal account has been hijacked and used without their consent.
So paypal investigate and if they agree then of course the account holder gets their funds back again BUT you are also compensated as long as you met ALL the requirements of seller protection.
So go and do a ''read'' of seller protection and make sure you are covered.
Advice is voluntary.
