Help!

Hi,

 

I purchased a Waterproof Pet Dog Vest Jacket Clothing for Warm Winter Dog Small Medium Large Dogs 4 Colors available - Red, 5XL from a company called DIscHappy Stores with the email adress enquiries @  discountwear. co.

I have an confirmation email and the money has gone out of my account on the 18th December 2017, but no item has arrived, i thought i would see if i could track the item to see where it is but i cant find any information about the site the email doesnt not exist and paypal have no history of the transaction even though i have a confrimation email from them? so i am stuck as to what to do next.

Any help/ advice would be apreciated.

It sounds like the purchase was made using our Guest payment process. This is an individual card payment which was processed by PayPal for the merchant. 

In this case, the best way is to report this payment is to call our Customer Support. You will need to provide them with the unique transaction ID which can be found on the email receipt you received. They will file a claim on your behalf which would be for non-receipt of your item.
