I have raised an issue in the Resolution Centre which is currently awaiting response from the other party. I have relevant photo but when raising the issue, didn't see any step at which such files could be added. My issue summary therefore looks like I have no supporting evidence. The other party has so far not responded. Will I get an opportunity to add my photo when PayPal go into Decision Making phase, or have I missed my opportunity? I'm assuming that I can't just add it on now, whilst PayPal are awaiting response from the other party. Thanks for any assistance/suggestions
