PayPal are promoting the use of Money Pools on their opening banner, but every single link I’ve tried to follow for further details ends up as ‘page you wanted is no longer available’. Seems very curious to get this message when the product is being actively promoted in real time on log-in. I have raised an issue in the Resolution Centre which is currently awaiting response from the other party. I have relevant photo but when raising the issue, didn't see any step at which such files could be added. My issue summary therefore looks like I have no supporting evidence. The other party has so far not responded. Will I get an opportunity to add my photo when PayPal go into Decision Making phase, or have I missed my opportunity?
